We provide clients with a bespoke candidate search and select service, supported by our unique business model where:
- We charge a FIXED fee for our time rather than a percentage of the candidate's "salary package"
- We meet with all our clients prior to undertaking the recruitment process thereby allowing us to identify with their specific needs. Once engaged, we will search the marketplace for candidates and select only the BEST.
- As your "Recruitment Gatekeeper" the selected candidates are interviewed by US and reference checked PRIOR to them being put forward for your consideration
Our strength lies in working with Companies on their long term recruitment planning and sourcing the best candidates to fill future vacancies. As this is all undertaken on a FIXED FEE basis, you remain in complete control of the recruitment budget.
